Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $8.00
• Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $18.00
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Exceptions During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@altezaboutique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
